Good morning Heroes Elementary School families!
The 2026-27 school year is almost here, and we cannot wait to welcome our families and students back for a new year! Please see important information below!

School Supply List: To ensure your child is ready for the first day of school, please see the school supply list below in this message! Please note, there is a separate list for Pre-Kindergarten!
Save the Date: Join us for Open House on Tuesday, July 28th to meet your teachers, tour the school, and get excited for a great year ahead! To help alleviate traffic and ensure there is ample parking for families on Open House day, we will have staggered time slots. Students with the last names A-H are welcome from 9-10 a.m., while students with last names I-Q are welcome from 10:30-11:30 a.m. and students with last names R-Z are welcome from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
Car Rider Registration: Click HERE to register! To help ensure a safe and efficient dismissal process, all HES students who will be picked up by car in the afternoon must have a numbered HES Dismissal Tag.
Important: All families will need new dismissal tags for the 2026–2027 school year. Please complete one form per family. This pre-registration form will close on July 23 at 11:59 P.M.
Free & Reduced Meals Application: The application for free and reduced meals is now available. Families need to reapply each school year. Click HERE to apply!
