The Administrative Support team chose to honor Mr. Ed Hooper as their Hometown Hero because he has served in various communities as a firefighter.  Currently, Mr. Hooper serves as the Jackson County School System’s Public Relations Officer.  Mr. Hooper dedicates his time and energy to sharing the Jackson County story with others.  He is a champion for our students, staff, and community.  Mr. Hooper was recognized as the HES Hometown Hero at the inaugural Heroes 5k run. Mr. Hooper will have children attending Heroes Elementary for the 24 - 25 school year.
